Once artwork, designs, or the website is approved, the final file is sent to the client or hosted on the agreed-upon hosting, and the final payment is made, the client owns all the rights to the designs and deliverables. All the claims and copyrights of the design are then transferred to the client.

Copyrights & TrademarksThe client retains full ownership of the logos, the drafts, and all related materials after the project has been completed. Record MaintenanceWe keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.
If you require the final files in the future, we can send them to you at your request. The data will be maintained for a period of 6 months, after which the files may be permanently deleted.

Payment Dispute TermsThe Company adheres to a fair and transparent billing process. In the event of any uninformed or unjustified payment disputes initiated by the client's bank, the Company holds all the rights to immediately send a notice to the client to reverse the action within 24 hours, The company in such case will have all rights to terminate the contract right away and cease all ongoing services. All outstanding payments will become due immediately, and the client will be liable for additional fees incurred as a result of the damage caused by the dispute.
Completion and User Agreement FormUpon successful completion of each service promised by the company, the client is required to sign a User Agreement Form. This document is to confirm the acceptance of the completed work in accordance with the agreed specifications. Failure to provide the signed User Agreement Form within the stipulated timeframe may result in delays in project closure and the delivery of final materials.
